Can I cancel my booking?
All bookings are non-refundable.
A customer may cancel the booking in exchange for a one-time credit voucher for a fee of $25 upon each request, valid for 3 years from the date of issue. If the cancellation is requested no later than 4 pm, 4 days prior to the commencement of the booking. For example, if the booking is scheduled for 9 am on Saturday, cancellations must be made by 4 pm on the preceding Monday.

Can I change the date and/or name of my booking?
A customer may modify the start date or the name associated with the booking for a fee of $25 upon each request. If the modification is requested no later than 4 pm, 4 days prior to the commencement of the booking. For example, if the booking is scheduled for 9 am on Saturday, cancellations must be made by 4 pm on the preceding Monday.

What happens if the park closes due to extreme weather or another unforeseen event?
We endeavour to keep our park open in just about any conditions. Despite this, short closures will occur due to extreme weather and high fire danger. In the event of a cancellation, we will provide our guests with as much notice as possible. All affected guests will be offered a new booking or a refund.
Can I walk in and make a booking on the day?
Short answer yes. Walk-in on the day bookings will incur a $5 fee and you run the risk of missing out with products regularly selling out.

Promo Code Terms and Conditions – “mystic-15”
1. The promotional code “mystic-15” entitles the purchaser to receive 15% off the standard retail price of eligible Uplift and Hire products at Mystic Bike Park for bookings dates from Sept 19th 2026.
2. This promotion is valid only for bookings made on or before 11:59 PM AEST on 31 July 2026. Bookings made after this date will not be eligible for the promotional discount.
3. The promotional code may only be applied to the following products only:
- Uplifts and Passes:
- 1-Day Uplift
- Half-Day Uplift
- All Hire Bikes
4. The promotional code must be entered at the time of booking and cannot be applied retrospectively.
5. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer, or promotional code, and is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
6. All bookings remain subject to Mystic Bike Park’s standard terms and conditions of sale and participation, including cancellation and refund policies.
7. Mystic Bike Park reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.
