Pro Patrol Team Leader
Employment type – Permanent Part-time or Permanent Full-time to the right candidate, immediate start.
The Bike Patrol Team Leader is responsible for managing the Bike Patrol team and maintaining the Safety Management System through implementation of the Safety Management Plan for Mystic Bike Park (Mystic). This involves first response to incidents in the park, liaising with emergency services to these incidents and supporting and growing a team in skills and development in first response.
This role includes leadership of the wider team, as well as responsibilities as a Pro Patroller on ground.
Our Bike Patrol team has experience from outdoor education, to paramedicine and nursing.
We are seeking an individual that has a strong experience in any of these fields and a keen interest in mountain biking and growing a team, with current availability to commence the role.
Minimum Qualifications
The following qualifications are required for this position:
- Wilderness First Aid or equivalent / higher i.e. ASPA, Bachelor or Nursing / Paramedicine (currency is preferred however there may be potential to refresh pre commencement based on experience)
- Current Driver’s Licence (any State / Territory acceptable)
- Experience in first response or emergency response
Physical Capabilities
The following physical capabilities are required for effective completion of the responsibilities of this position:
- An intermediate to advanced level of mountain bike skill, enabling comfortable access to all blue trails
- Sufficient fitness to enable walking over steep terrain, including carrying or managing heavy and/or awkward loads

Uplift Bus Driver
Employment Type – Casual
Our Uplift bus drivers are a critical part of the Mystic Bike Park team. Responsible for getting riders to the trails safely, our Uplift driver team have the most contact with our guests throughout the day. We are looking for fun, responsible drivers who enjoy getting to know new people. An interest in mountain biking and outdoor activities is an asset for this role. Drivers will typically drive a 12-14 seat bus, towing a trailer loaded with bicycles.
We are currently seeking drivers to commence employment for part time casual work currently, with the opportunity for taking on additional shifts in busy season from September – March/April.
The Bus Driver role will include the following key tasks;
- Provide a check-in service for guests
- Drive buses to transport guests
- Follow traffic management plans and radio protocols
- The Bus Driver will report directly to the Guest Services & Shuttle Ops Team Lead
Essential Requirements:
- Australian driver license
- Working with Children Check (or capacity to complete)
Desirable requirements:
- Driving/shuttle uplift experience welcome
- Tourism experience
- Mountain bike experience
Bike Mechanic/Retail Assistant
Employment Type – Casual
At Mystic Bike Park our goal is to keep our guests riding as much as they desire. Our experienced team in the workshop is key to keeping our riders’ tires in the dirt for their entire trip. We are seeking 1-2 mechanics to keep our hire fleet in great shape and our guests bikes rolling for the 2025/26 season. For more details about the position contact us below.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience working as a bike mechanic
- Comfortable working with people and setting up demo bikes
- Comfortable working in fast-paced working environment
- Love for mountain biking is an attribute
Bike Coach
Employment Type – Part Time or Casual (from September 2025)
The Bike Coach will support the development and growth of one of Australia’s leading mountain bike destinations in picturesque Bright, Victoria. Responsible for the day-to-day operation of Mystic Bike Park Bike School, coaching, and guiding operations – including the management of general lessons, private lessons, and special coaching programs – you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality experiences, fostering rider progression, and promoting a safe and welcoming coaching environment for all bike skill levels.
- Support the day-to-day operation of the Mystic Bike Park Bike School program
- Program and lesson delivery: deliver a wide range of lessons and programs to riders of all abilities
- Junior Events: assist in the planning and delivery of junior racing and events.
- Program review and development: assist the management team in reviewing and developing the Bike School program
